Blue Hexagon Events is a new team-building company founded and run by former elite forces personnel, teamed with corporate-event and leadership-coaching professionals. Our experiences are designed to create and maintain high-performance teams and deliver a tangible, positive impact when clients return to their corporate setting.
WHY BLUE HEXAGON?
BLUE: according to colour psychology, the colour blue represents communication, honesty, authority and wisdom also trust and responsibility. HEXAGON: good enough for bees! The beehive represents one of the greatest teams on the planet. When honey bees make hexagons in their hives the six-sided shapes fit together perfectly. This requires, strength, communication, balance, unity, trust, harmony, equality, reliability and dependability.
BLUE HEXAGON: building strong effective teams through powerful communication.
WE OFFER DISTINCTIVE STRUCTURE AND CONTENT
Our former elite forces personnel develop and run our unique teambuilding experience, delivering immediate, tangible business benefits. Blue Hexagon teambuilding events develop leadership and communication skills throughout the day culminating in the final exercise when teams show off their newly honed collective skills.
FEEDBACK WITH FEELING
An important aspect of our events is the post-activity feedback. It enables each team member to learn and develop on the day, and maintain that knowledge and experience through to when they are back at work. We also provide teams with a video record of their day, which can be a valuable aid to further training (as well as a fun and exciting memento!).
CONVENIENT LOCATIONS
Our events are based at a network of locations in London and the South of England. We are happy to run events outside of these locations as long as it’s feasible.
